Added a configuration option to specify the repo module.

Hi, I wanted to be able to define by configuration the repo module that I wanted to use with paper_trail. This pull request has this change.
I've never actually made a pull request before, so I apologize in advance if there is something wrong with the way I created it.
I also changed the String.to_atom for String.to_existing_atom to prevent a possible memory leak from corrupted data in the database.
